Shipping policy

We aim to ship your items within 2 business days of your purchase for in stock items. For custom made and out of stock, pre order items please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be made and shipped. If you are not satisfied with your order please allow us the chance to make it right.

After you place your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will send you another email when we dispatch your order which will include your order details, order number, delivery address and a tracking number for the delivery company selected at checkout. Please check your spam /junk folders as well or get in touch if you don't find your tracking number and we will happily help.
