1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to any location within the USA.
2. How long will it take to receive my order via mail?
We are typically very efficient in packing and shipping, especially for small businesses. Generally, orders ship the next day (Monday through Friday). However, in rare instances, please allow up to three business days for your order to be shipped. For custom orders you will receive an email regarding status as it can take about 2 weeks.
3. Which mail carriers do you use?
For orders within the USA, we utilize USPS and UPS. The shipping fee will be determined by the carrier at checkout.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not provide refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement. If you are dissatisfied with an item you ordered, please reach out via email so we can resolve the issue: info@444andco.com.
5. What if my order arrives broken or damaged?
If this occurs, we’re here to help! Please email us a photo of the following as soon as possible so we can send a replacement:

Send your email to info@444andco.com (please refrain from sending DMS on social media regarding this issue, as it can be easy to lose track of the information).
6. What about stolen packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, or incorrect address entries?
If UPS/USPS fails to deliver your package correctly or if it gets stolen, we are not held responsible. You will need to file a claim with the carrier for a full refund. Such mishaps are beyond our control and are solely the carrier's responsibility. Please ensure that you ship your orders to a reliable address that doesn't frequently encounter delivery issues.
Always double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, the package will be returned to 444 and Co., and a re-shipping fee will apply, as we do not receive a refund on shipping costs when a package is returned to sender and must pay for shipping twice.
7. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Forgot to get a gift for someone special at the last minute? We’ve got you covered! 444 and Co. gift cards are delivered digitally.
Simply enter the recipient's email at checkout (not your own) for immediate delivery. If you prefer to send the gift card yourself later, enter your own email at checkout and then forward it to your loved one, friend, or co-worker whenever you choose!
Please note that we do not offer physical gift cards.
8. Can I send a gift to a friend, family member, or loved one?
Absolutely! Our invoices do not include prices; they only contain an itemized receipt, which acts as a gift receipt. If you’d like to include a special note, please write it in the order notes before checkout. We will ensure that your note is highlighted for the recipient to see! Don't forget to use their shipping address if you want it sent directly to them!
