Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 444 & Co. If you need to return an item, please follow our guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with its original packaging. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, and note that shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return request, kindly send an email to INFO@444ANDCO.COM with your order details and the reason for return.
  3. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to verify its eligibility, a refund will be automatically processed using the initial payment method selected during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed. Please note that the original postage cost is non-refundable.

Exceptions to Returns:

  • Decorative candles, bulk orders, custom label candles, and products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours. When contacting us at INFO@444ANDCO.COM, provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographic evidence.

Handmade Nature:

  • Kindly be advised that minor imperfections and color discrepancies are inherent in our handcrafted products. For further information, consult our FAQ section and individual product descriptions.

Lost and Stolen Parcels:

  • We are not responsible for parcels left outside in extreme weather conditions or stolen after delivery.

Parcels Returned to Sender:

  • If a package is returned to the sender due to delivery issues, the customer is accountable for the re-shipping costs. Additionally, 444 & Co. does not assume responsibility for any postal fees associated with receiving a returned parcel.
